I absolutely loved my appointment with Jemima, and she did such an amazing job with my hair. She went through a thorough consultation before the appointment because I was having a big change of colour from brown to cherry pink/red, and she did a strand test beforehand to check that we could get to the colour I was looking for, as I had several different previous dyes of blonde and brown which hadn’t yet grown out. The appointment was relaxing and she explained what each step was and how it worked. The colour was spot on what I had asked for & is also lasting well weeks after the appointment staying bright and rich in colour. I’ve had so many compliments on the colour, and having vibrant hair has given me a real boost! I’m looking forward to my next visit & would recommend this salon & Jemima specifically too.

I have been in desperate need of a haircut for a while now. Catherine not only performed surgery on my split ends but also gave me incredible insight as to how to prevent them in the future. She is incredibly welcoming as well as knowledgeable. I have never had a consistent hairdresser, however I now know that I have one going forwards, I have never felt so confident in my hair.

What a wonderful salon! As someone with long hair going to a new salon often fills me with dread, but from the moment that I sat down with Catherine to have my consultation I could not have felt more reassured and taken care of! She truly pays so much attention to detail. She made sure to spend more than ample time discussing my concerns and wants and fulfilled them beyond my wildest dreams both in the consultation and prior to my appointment. She talked me through every step of the process, giving the best haircare and maintenance advice. Throughout the whole 5+ hours of my appointment her energy, enthusiasm and lovely personality never faltered. The two apprentices as well were such angels! Taking so much time to wash and prepare everything with care and both were so lovely. Nothing was too big of an ask and they did such a wonderful job washing my hair! The whole salon experience was such a treat, from the reception to the apprentices to the hairdressers themselves they are such a fantastic team and I am so pleased and grateful that I decided to book with them. Admittedly the price point was a little higher than I was used to by around £40/£50 but the difference in quality is astounding and they truly make every last penny worth it. It is an extra that I would happily pay again for the experience level and attention to detail. The amount of compliments that I have received about how healthy my hair looks after coming in with admittedly neglected hair that I thought could not be saved, I am beyond pleased with my results. You truly cannot be disappointed walking out of here!

Emily transformed my hair. My hair was very bleached and too bright and I felt it just was not suiting me at all. I went to serval local hair salons who could not figure out what I wanted to achieve. The second I sat on the chair infront of Emily she saw the vision before I even explained and made me feel so confident in her abilities. She absolutely was outstanding, so friendly and kind. She took her time to explain any questions I had about the process and made an awesome cup of tea ☕️. She was so precise with her work and her hard work was really admirable. Would 1000% recommend (as I’m really nervous about going to salons) the price was very fair and the results were stunning. Emily was very proud of her work and we celebrated the result together! I genuinely feel like a new person 😍🩷
